Donations

In fiscal year 2021, thanks to the generous support of donors, we raised $93,620 USD for our charity programs.

Donations to the Unforgotten are tax deductible. We are classified by the IRS as a tax exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please take a look at our Tax Exempt Letter.

 

Expenses

In fiscal year 2021, The Unforgotten directed $40,124 USD towards program expenses. $8,277 USD was used to support the education of wastepicker children in Zambia, Yemen, Djibouti and Nepal. $20,550 USD was directed towards our Medical Health Post in Cox’s Bazar for Rohingya refugees. $2,510 USD was used for skills training and microloans for Nepalese women. The remainder ($8,787 USD) was used for licenses and registrations, information technology and travel to oversee programs.
