
Matthew Ozark
Matthew Ozark is a Junior in high school in Chicago who also studies electrical engineering at the College of Dupage.
Matthew has a passion for engineering and has designed personal electric transportation and fabrication equipment. Matthew also runs a local youth climate advocacy initiative aimed at motivating young people to seek solutions to climate change.
After leading a fundraiser for medical equipment in Bangladesh, Matthew is currently working on solar power installations for schools in Zambia through The Unforgotten.
Matthew eventually hopes to attend university in the San Francisco bay area to further study electrical engineering and assist in volunteering and climate advocacy.

Andrea Keum (Grant Writer)
Ms. Andrea Keum has over eight years of professional experience in writing, marketing, and communications.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Policy with a concentration in Environmental Science from the University of Arizona and an English Literature degree from the University of Virginia.
She spent two years as an Agroforestry Extension Agent for the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa, planting fruit trees to stop desertification.
Currently, she works as a freelance grant writer while raising her four children in Alexandria, Virginia.

Carolyn Ross
Carolyn Ross previously worked in Disaster and Volunteer Management at the American Red Cross, where she responded to disasters both domestically and internationally, including serving as the Financial Distribution Manager in Alberta, Canada in 2016. Additionally, she serves on the Board of the United Nations Association USA – San Diego and serves as their Director of Social Media and Communications. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in Spanish from Indiana University, is an accredited Associate Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers, and holds a Certificate in Volunteer Management from the University of New Mexico. Carolyn is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice at the University of San Diego.

Sarika Kapadia (Volunteer Medical Coordinator)
Sarika Kapadia is a volunteer who resides in Maryland, where she is currently a Senior at Centennial High School.
Sarika wishes to help teenagers and women in developing countries. She is currently working to raise funds for a sonogram machine in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. To support her GoFundMe campaign directly, please visit this link.
Sarika wants to become a doctor and work overseas as a humanitarian field worker.

Rachel Wang (Medical Volunteer)
Rachel Wang resides in Maryland and is a senior at Marriotts Ridge High school. She is planning to pursue a major in neurology. Rachel is currently working with Sarika Kapadia to help raise money for a sonogram for women in Bangladesh with a GoFundMe at this link.

Sahara Kapadia (Medical Volunteer)
Sahara Kapadia resides in Maryland and will be a Freshman at Centennial High school. She is planning to become a pediatrician and work in humanitarian relief. Sahara is working with Sarika and Rachel to raise funds for a sonogram for women in Bangladesh with a GoFundMe campaign at this link. The three of them have also reached out for corporate sponsors.

Dave Butler
Dave Butler joined the Unforgotten in January 2019 and will be utilizing his professional skills as a geologist, project manager, and water expert to support the capital projects undertaken by The Unforgotten Fund.
Mr. Butler has over twenty years of professional experience in environmental consulting and project management having functioned as a Geologist, Physical Scientist, and Environmental Strategist. He presently works for a private consulting firm in Colorado.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Geology and Water Resources from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Rajesh Asnani
Rajesh Asnani is a Jaipur-based senior journalist with over 25 years of experience in broadcast, print, and online journalism across various national and regional media organizations. At present, he serves as an Associate Editor with The New Indian Express.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with several reputed media houses, including Zee News, ETV, Sahara Samay National, LIVE India, and Sahara Samay Rajasthan, Haryana & NCR.
Driven by a deep commitment to social transformation and positive storytelling, Rajesh has extensively covered issues related to gender equality, social justice, and the upliftment of underprivileged sections of society. His work reflects a consistent focus on inspiring change through constructive and impactful journalism.

Sepo Imakando Musokotwane
Sepo Imakando Musokotwane, Ph.D., has been with The Unforgotten for 5 years, working to design and implement sustainable impact projects. She is passionate about empowering women through entrepreneurship projects across Africa. Based in Lusaka, she is the Co-founder and COO of Explorer Education to revolutionize education in emerging economies. She leads the operations of Thebe Investment Management’s education investment vehicle. She has previously worked with the United Nations at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Washington D.C. She has previously also worked as an Assistant Dean at the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) in the School of Business, and designed and taught in the Health Science department as well. Sepo is responsible for our Impact frameworks development and assessment. Sepo is helping farmers become the breadbasket of the region, given the fertile soils and favorable climate. At The Unforgotten, we consider her to be our Impact Specialist.

Neha
Neha is an intersectional feminist leader with over twenty years of experience working with women’s rights organizations and grass-roots movements working towards gender justice. She has expertise in community-led mobilizing, advocacy, influencing and strategic grant-making on a number of gender justice issues such as ending gender-based violence, advancing economic, sexual and reproductive rights, and working towards climate justice. She is currently the Decolonization and Feminist lead for an INGO. Neha grew up in India where she worked with various groups of informal economy women workers, most notably a feminist trade union of women wastepickers. She has a Masters in Social Work from TISS; an MA in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and a PhD in Gender and Development from SOAS.
